Services

Apptillion provides workflow automation services and may also publish product previews for demand validation. A preview, sample result, waitlist, or displayed future price is not an offer of a completed paid service unless a Stripe Checkout page expressly identifies an active paid plan, its renewal cadence, and the amount due. Specific deliverables, timelines, and charges are confirmed before paid work begins.

DocketReady subscriptions

DocketReady Small Firm is billed at $29 per month, plus any applicable tax shown at Stripe Checkout. It includes up to 20 filing-pack credits per monthly billing period and shared correction checklists. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. The subscription renews automatically until canceled through the Stripe billing portal. Access continues through the current paid period, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

DocketReady checks document readiness. It does not file a document, choose a legal event, provide legal advice, or guarantee that a court will accept a filing. Customers remain responsible for attorney review and final filing decisions.

Preview boundaries

Venture previews demonstrate a proposed workflow with illustrative data. They do not provide legal, regulatory, financial, engineering, safety, scientific, or professional determinations, and they do not guarantee approval, acceptance, compliance, recall status, or any other outcome.

RoundJoy subscriptions

RoundJoy records casual golf scores and social-game recaps. It does not issue a USGA Handicap Index, settle wagers, verify competition results, or guarantee handwriting recognition. Play is free. Season is billed at $15 per year and Monthly at $2.49 per month, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled through the billing portal. Access continues through the current paid period, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Stripe processes payment-card information. Apptillion receives only the billing identifiers and payment-status information needed to provide RoundJoy access and support subscriptions.

No guarantee of results

While we work to build automations that meaningfully reduce manual work, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, time savings, or business results. Automation effectiveness depends on your team's workflows, data quality, and adoption.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their workflows, granting necessary tool access, participating in testing, and reviewing AI outputs before use. Human approval of AI-generated content is always the client's responsibility.

Intellectual property

Custom workflows, prompts, and automation code built specifically for your team are owned by you upon full payment. Apptillion retains the right to use general methodologies, patterns, and non-proprietary approaches in other projects.

Limitation of liability

Apptillion's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of automations or AI-generated outputs.
